You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.
-
Of course! Depending on the project we offer payment plans up to 4 months. In this economy, we get it if you need an extended payment plan, just let us know on your inquiry form and we can discuss options on our connection call.
-
Since we work with a limited number of clients per month, we typically book 2-3 months in advance for web design & branding projects.
If you have a request for a creative support day or a smaller one-off collateral item, we can typically squeeze you in, 2 weeks from your inquiry.
-
For websites, you will need to have photography, brand assets (logo, color codes, fonts), and copywriting completed prior to your project start date. If you’re struggling with your copywriting, we’re happy to connect you with our favorite copywriters.
For creative support, you will need your list of tasks in order of priority, any necessary brand assets, login information (*for applicable projects), and be available for communication on the day of your intensive.
For branding projects, you will be asked to share your brand vision and goals and be available for meetings, feedback, and communication during our project process.
-
It depends on the project and what you already have.
For websites, you will need a domain name ($12-$20/yr), site hosting ($16-$25/m). Both WIX and Squarespace platforms offer discounts on the first year of your domain, if you purchase it on their platform with a site plan.
For branding, you will need the appropriate font license(s). We try not to utilize fonts that cost over $15 for the standard license.
-
Service providers. Non-profits. The bold, the innovative, the intellectuals and the creatives. Deceive decision-makers.
-
We always suggest viewing the designer’s portfolio. Do you like their design style? Does any of their work speak to what you’re envisioning? Is there any uniqueness to their work? Also, scheduling a free connection call. Design is an investment—and oftentimes evolves into a long-term working relationship. In order for this to happen, you should feel heard and seen by your designer.
And of course you should check out their reviews & testimonials! Can their clients vouch for their services?
-
Not at the moment. Due to our project capacity, we have to limit the days that we are available for meetings—otherwise we’d hardly have time to design.
-
Yes. We do have a limited availability retainer program that we recommend for clients that have more frequent and consistent creative support needs. Through this program we’ll serve as your contracted, in-house creative team. If that sounds like something you’re in need of, let us know!
Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what our clients had to say.

Hey y’all! 👋🏽
I’m Sydney. Designer, Avid DIY-er, Recovering Perfectionist and Owner of 4301 Design House.
I spent most of my childhood in the back room of my Nanny’s house exploring different art mediums and letting my creativity curiously explore—from marker stained tables and piles of paper covered in doodles to monopolizing the storage space on the family computer with all of my WordArt & Microsoft Paint files.
In 2019, I quietly launched 4301 Design House. In 2021, I moved into full-time entrepreneurship and officially started operating under the name. Since then we have worked on numerous branding, website, and general design projects for some of the most innovative, impactful, and intentional businesses. From features on local news stations, 6-figure programming contracts with other notable organizations, to seeing their ideas go from a page of notes to the tangible thing—I celebrate the loud public wins + cherish the quiet victories my clients experience when working with me.
I don’t take it lightly that so many have chosen 4301 Design House to support them in making their big ideas a reality. The 13-year old version of me, who declared in her 8th grade write-up that she would be an “entrepreneur & philanthropist” when she grew up, had no idea how that statement would come to fruition, but God did!
